Established in 2010, Area Maintenance provide professional heating services throughout Darlington. We carry out a range of guaranteed heating services, from boiler installations and boiler services, to landlord gas safety checks and underfloor heating. We use a variety of branded boilers from Glow Worm to Vaillant, however, our experienced heating engineers are happy to discuss your specific boiler needs to ensure your requirements are met.
